Great watch, I've had mine for over a year and wear it all day everyday. Gone through many races and have had very very few issues with it (like 2-3 tracked workout errors out over ~200).

kmj442I've also had mine - I have the HR version but mostly the same - for over a year now and I absolutely love it! Decent app community and their software is regularly updated which is nice. I think if there is one major pro to point out about the Fenix3 is the battery life. Unlike many smart watches, the Fenix3 battery lasts over a week with minimal GPS use and just about a week with some regular activities that use GPS. The other nice point about this watch is the screen; as a transflective memory-in-pixel display (not your typical LED/LCD or AMOLED) it is amazingly easy to see in broad daylight! In fact, the more sunlight there is, the easier it is to see what's on the screen. It suffers a little in darkness but the light is perfectly capable of fixing this and it means that you also get great battery life but not having a lit screen every time you raise your hand. Last but not least, the Garmin Connect app is great. That goes for much more beyond just this product but it's worth while mentioning that if this would be your first piece of Garmin wearable tech. Very happy customer!
