They feature a 1.6-millimeter suede leather upper and a waterproof, breathable Gore-Tex lining. The dual-density midsole provides responsive cushioning, while the Vibram outsole delivers exceptional stability, durability, and grip. Coming in at a comfortable 23 ounces per shoe in the men’s size 9, they’re available only on Massdrop.

The Dragontail Hike GTX boot fit true to measured size, and Garmont recommends sizing up half a size if your feet have a tendency to swell under heavy activity or if you prefer thicker socks. The shoe has a medium D width and the extended lacing allows you to fine-tune the fit around your forefoot.
