Low-Top Technical Approach Shoes
Designed for approaches, technical hiking, and rocky mountain paths, the Garmont Dragontail N air G approach shoes pack many features of mountaineering boots into a low-top format. The shoes feature a breathable synthetic mesh upper and rubber bumpers on the toe and heel for enhanced protection and support. The polyurethane footbed wicks away moisture and reduces the buildup of odor-causing bacteria. Garmont’s tri-density midsole incorporates medium, firm, and very firm foam into a single layer for a greater range of support. The toe box has a contoured design for maximum precision, and the lace-to-toe style closure lets you create a personalized fit. Finally, Vibram’s Q811 outsole and SuperTrek compound provide traction on dry and slippery surfaces alike.
