As stated, when ordering twelve three-packs, you receive a full Booster Box instead. However, when on the order page the shipping goes up for each pack requested. $1.75 for one pack additively, so $21 for all twelve three-packs. However, you receive a Box instead, so is the shipping cost the same either way? Or less if you order the twelve three-packs (a Booster Box)?

This groupbuy is not designed for selling boxes. But invariably, the question always comes up "if we buy 12 sets of 3-packs, will I get a sealed box?" We'll have another dragon's maze and gatecrash groupbuy for boxes setup in the near future. Massdrop users include those who want to buy boxes, and those who can't afford boxes and want packs instead. The way our fulfillment is setup is different from boxes and packs, and hence the cost structures are different (Boxes are really easy because the packaging is extremely straightforward.) For packs, we have different physical packaging and handling fees depending on whether people order 3, 6, 9 12, 15, 18, 21, etc. One of the major cost advantages that comes from groupbuys comes from product cohesiveness. When our warehouse/shipper doesn't need to find 20 different items on the shelves and then shove them into oddly shaped boxes, people save money (hence our booster boxes are among the cheapest available). TLDR; shipping is linear for the packs, it's not a great deal to buy 12 sets of 3-packs, nor is that the intended purchase model for this groupbuy (mind you, $105 isn't an awful price for a box, but yes, you can do better by about 10 bucks if you wait for our box groupbuy).
