Every year, millions of individuals experience personal or professional cyber breaches. Nearly half of those are conducted by internal actors (friends or people close to the information) Read More
So anyone in possession of your GateKeeper suddenly gains access to whatever it was you were trying to keep secure? Wouldn't that be like losing your ATM card with the pin number you wrote on the back?
Curious--what happens if you just lose the thing? I assume you can still unlock your computer the old fashioned way?

OnyxpandaHi Onyxpanda,
One difference is no additional fees for using any of the GateKeeper features. The GateKeeper offers the ability to auto-lock/unlock your PC as a base feature. Now are 3.0 GateKeeper software includes a password manager for storing web credentials at no additional cost.

If you visit our website (https://gkaccess.com/), there is a chart which compares us to Duo and YubiKey.
The chart does focus on our Enterprise platform, however, the core features still apply.
Best,
ZleckHi Zleck,
We offer a single-user version and enterprise version of the GateKeeper application. After purchasing the Halberd key you will immediately have access to the single-user software (https://gkaccess.com/downloads/). Our enterprise version of the application includes a centralized dashboard for managing all GateKeeper keys and users across the network.
Feel free to email us at info@gkaccess.com, if you'd like more details on either application.
Best,
Some of my co-workers would save money with the automatic session locking... When caught they "have" to pay donuts for their mistake ;)
Computer security isnt just about the computer, you need to control access to the room too...
You don't need to steal the token though. By the sound of it, it is essentially a rubber ducky that types windows L when you leave the proximity, and when you return it types your password for you. So if you steal the password you can still get in. If you HAD to have the token, then I could just take the dongle out of the computer and now you can't get in.
If this was implemented with Windows hello and not a there party program.... that way I could have the face detection and the gatekeeper without it doing all this second account and program nonsense..... until then no buy
ETHREAL1One additional benefit of creating a GateKeeper account is you also have access to the password vault for web credentials. Now, when logging into your computer with GateKeeper Halberd you can immediately autofill your website when using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
So you're doing an additional public-private key exchange over top of the BT protocol for security? What standards based protocol(s) are you using?
I'm referring to Dashlane, or browser-based U2F (see https://caniuse.com/#search=u2f), or really anything which supports the FIDO U2F (https://fidoalliance.org/adoption/overview/) which has many websites, software, security uses.
So went to your website (https://gkaccess.com), but didn't see any technical information at all. Just "Enterprise trial/demo" type stuff. What's the point of security/crypto without talking which standards you implement and some level of implementation details?
