The Gateron Box CJ Linear Switch combines two common switch housing materials to create an impressively balanced feel and response. The upper housing is made of INK material, which is known for a smoother, subtler feel and response, while the lower housing incorporates POM for added resonance and rigidity. This, when combined with a required 45 grams of actuation force and a roundtrip of 3.4 millimeters facilitated by a gold-plated spring, delivers a pleasantly smooth feel with a satisfying landing at the bottom of each keystroke. The CJ Custom switches come factory pre-lubricated and are tested to up to 60 million actuation cycles to ensure long-lasting, resilient performance.
