Do these gateron switches support RGB or have RGB lighting in them?

LEDs are soldered to a PCB. That is how the LEDs get power. SMD LEDs are used with hotswap boards. Some LEDs passthrough the switch, this makes customization hard because the switch and LED would need to be desoldered to install new switches

The clears have the least resistance, second is the yellows. But clears also don't give your fingers much of a push on the upstroke, so I prefer yellows.

Hi will the lighting from led on pcb (Drop ctl/alt) be improved using the Gateron SMD clear?

Depends on the switch already in there. Its a fully clear housing ,so I would think the led's would still be quite bright.
