Watch out for the quality of the water bladder itself. Had two Geigerrig water bladders; the first showed up and immediately made the water taste like it was out of a garden hose. Even figured maybe it was just unpleasant, but then noticed it made my throat burn and itch. Returned for a replacement that seemed fine at first, but after the 7th use it started doing the exact same thing, leeching and making the water toxic. The concept is cool, but their reservoir materials are awful.

a-non-y-mousSame here. Very plastic tasteing. They promptly sent a free replacement bladder and same thing. Tried several treatments and dishwasher but still there.

1235Did the same as @bode2. Specifically for me, flipped it inside out and scrubbed (like the guy in the video says). Then let it sit in baking soda for 24+ hours. Still toxic.
