It has come to my attention that some members received the wrong hydration pack, or had unusual markings in their bags. Please reach out to customer service and let us know if this is the case.

I've been in contact with DROP CS back and forth for about a month now. No one at DROP can answer how or why these units are marked "as-is" on the water bladders and "x" in the actual packs. No one at DROP can answer why or how they procured "as-is" goods. Truly, no one at DROP can dig up any additional info on this at all it would seem. But don't worry everyone, I've been ensured "that the unit is new and this inventory [is] not known to have any defects." How DROP is able to 100% guarantee that these are "new" and without defects without knowing literally anything else about how/why this situation happened is beyond me.
Sorry, but my buyer confidence with DROP is at an all time low as this whole situation just feels like DROP is simply trying to say the right thing to pacify the situation rather than actually look into how/why this happened and how to prevent it in the future.
@Drop What's the deal with the sharpied x's in the 700 packs & the "as-is" stamps on all the water bladders? It doesn't mention anything about "defects" or "refurbishes" in the description of the DROP, but appears that's what's being sold?
IamNabilI also just wanted the black one but ended up going with the spearmint, as it was my second choice. I actually think it looks cool, and it's the lightest of the colours so it won't heat up your back (or the water I guess, to some degree) so much when hiking/biking in hot sunny weather.
I bought a Geigerrig hydration bag several months ago.
Caused by an air leakage in seamed area as attached pictures during second time use, I reported and raised a claim to replace the defect bag two weeks ago.
But Drop did not solve my claim yet.
Please support me to solve this.
vvengefulpandaaFor real. I ordered 6 pairs of socks from their warehouse sale & finally canceled after 3 months when they were selling the socks again at same price on regular drop. Another 2 months later I randomly got a pair of socks. :/
Can anyone comment if this pack is good for rucking with some weights for exercise?
I'm not ready to spring for a goruck pack but is this suitable to start out with?
Okay Drop, I'm letting you off easy on this one, and blaming the manufacturer on it. However, don't celebrate by taking even more bong rips than normal because I'll be watching like a hawk, ready to swoop in and call you out for being so baked, the oven couldn't take it and had to spit you out.
So anyway... I love how one option says it's "urban" camo, yet it has jungle camo print. Do they not know what a print of urban camo looks like? I mean really, come on, guys. Everybody knows urban camo is different tones of Grey, with black and white. Not green and brown tones with black. Duh. Like, how you supposed to hide when you on the streets and in the hood? Next time, do your research before you go all Willy-Nilly naming things wrong. Jeesh.
