Not sure if other people are having a similar issue but the unit I just received has a faulty rechargeable battery. The unit crashed multiple times upon initially starting it due to low power, even while plugged in. After a half hour, the unit was no longer shutting down and restarting but after multiple hours of charging, the battery still shows no charge and will not function if I remove the charging cable.
