Beautiful watch great price, the only downsides of this watch is that it is not a "true GMT" and that the movement is a standard ETA (though a very very good one) and not an in-house or custom movement. But, for this price you will never be able to get one of these in-house and you probably would never get the ETA but rather a Chinese movement. So really, nothing to complain about, very happy.
Got a GMT version with white dial and stainless steel bracelet, very good looking with a good price.
Before I put it in the shopping cart I kept wondering why is the leather strap version more expensive, but at last I purchased the stainless steel bracelet because I think it's always easier to find a leather strap than the original stainless steel bracelet.
But I finally realized the 50 bucks difference between the two models after I saw Wily's review on this page.
The movement of the leather strap version has a custom rotor that oscillates over a fixed perlage decorated disc but not on the stainless steel bracelet version, others are the same.
Well, I might still stick to the stainless steel bracelet version if I can make a choice again but I think if DROP can give more detail to the product would be better for the potential customers.

This is an austere GMT watch with the ETA 2893-2 calibre from Danish design house Georg Jensen.
I purchased this watch because I wanted a watch with a GMT complication and I am a fan of minimalist design, so this watch ticks these boxes. As a bonus, it has a 100m water resistance - so, perfect, as I travel across time zones regularly and am not the type to baby my watches - this has been swimming and kayaking and worn with a suit -the screw down crown gives me confidence to wear this as a holiday wristwatch.
The watch is 42mm diameter and wears well on my 7 inch wrist. I chose the off white dial and leather band combination and it is a classic combination - the band gives warmth to the austerity of the watch. The dial is parchment coloured gloss, enamel lacquer I presume, more learned readers will be able to confirm this, the hour markers are applied and highly reflective but there is no discernible lume - befitting a dress watch but mildly annoying for a travel watch. The watch case is high and it wears heavy on the wrist. The lugs and case of the watch are brushed stainless steel with a polished bezel enclosing the sapphire crystal. The height of the case is necessary, I suppose, because of the GMT complication and the subtle 24 hour arabic numerals above the face. The GMT hand has a red marker that pops from the dial and provides a welcome focus on an otherwise plain face.
The exhibition caseback has a reasonably elaborate custom rotor that oscillates over a fixed perlage decorated disc that covers the movement. Blued screws and the suggestion of jewels deep in the movement relieve the silver monochrome of the caseback.

I like my wristwatches to be on show and this watch is obvious under a cuff and it has chiselled dimensions and subtly expresses luxury but without any flourishes.
Accuracy is reasonable - less than 5 seconds/day. I adjust it once a week. and wear it daily for work and during sport - it doesn't get babied.
Addit: currently running to within 2 sec after 7 days.
All aspects of this piece are quite nice and it's jumped into my personal top-10 pieces. Well proportioned, great accuracy, robust, oozes quality ... even the dial hints strongly of being luxurious enamel.
Well fit and finnish of case well done even at MSRP, compared to my batman however some minor considerations. Bracelet no half links and no microadjustment, if it fits it fits.... quality very good in the segment. Lume sucks but on the other hand did not exept any lume at all.
Gunmetal finnish (version ordered) looks appeiling, however the white version dial should be considered i beleave.
Movement and accurancy so far in COSC level, very pleased. As a gmt it performs well though i prefer Rolex handling the job is done well. Main purpose for purchase was design i admit and in this area the watch really does it job!
Hi,
Love my Batman, use it from time to time as Daily "beater", desk job and gardening...... Of all watches batman, speedy and a cheap smartwatch get the most wrist time during business hours.
