Mine had some pretty interesting QC problems. I didn't even think to check if the item had a warranty, and it doesn't. Rather than return it immediately I adjusted the screws and now it sits mostly flush when closed.
The right side with the screwdriver was also difficult to lock into place and a little bit of pressure would unlock it. I re-seated the little plastic bit that holds the spring in place and that seemed to help slightly, but it's still off.
I considered keeping it but the return shipping is paid so I will do that instead. Overall not pleased with the build quality.
