I just recieved both my spinners and am quite disappointed. both spinners had at least one out ring cracked all the way through, like they were dropped or damaged when the outer bearings were installed. Also, none of the counter weight bears will freely spin and one is completely frozen. Very unhappy, bought both as gifts with upgraded buttons...will be requesting my money back

edcsamSame here.. disappointing, as I've experienced the exact same problem with cheaper Amazon spinners. I expected better from MD's product. The issue is that the opening is too small and the material just cracks from the stress.
It's possible to repair it by gluing the crack and sanding out the hole about 0.5mm, but I shouldn't have to do that.
EDIT: I should also mention, if somebody's spinner has this issue but hasn't cracked, it can crack very easily if stressed, such as when dropped on the floor.
