AndrewHsuUp to you if it is worth $200 more. There is 4 lbs more load capacity here, the overall height adjustment is 2 inches higher, it folds down almost 1 inch shorter. And it is a bit lighter in overall weight. Looks like you lose the center-column angle adjust, which I consider as OK because that will take away from stability. I think we see it in the specs with the extra load capacity. 4 extra pounds is considerable when you get into long telephoto lenses and not getting the legs starting to wobble on you. Start doing astro-photography and stability really gets important.

AndrewHsuThey just raised the price I guess not to eat their private label brand that's currently selling on Mass Drop. But wait a few weeks and get the Vanguard Veo2 235CB I bought it in July last month for $140. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072J9W4R9/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
