Anyone else having issues with their keyboard working with any device? I've tried connecting it via USB-C to USB-A on my windows Desktop and Mac Laptop, USB-C to USB-C on the Windows Desktop and iPad Pro (late 2018), and all I see happening is the startup lights and the "1" key blinks blue when a key is hit and when it is plugged in USB-C to USB-A the right side "Alt" Key stays lit yellow. Windows is seeing it in the "Mouse, Keyboard, & Pen" list as USB-HID Gaming Keyboard but it will not function. I've tried downloading the drivers and it just says "No Device" when I open it up.
Did I end up with a lemon?
hurtfulproductNo, I don't think you have a lemon. I thought the same, too. I couldn't get it to work on my Windows for a while. It took me an hour to get to work. Try pressing FN+1 to FN+4. Windows should start recognizing the keyboard.
Download the driver to mange lighting and macro - http://www.jikedingzhi.com/downloadlist?driverID=41 select latest driver, GK6XPlus Driver V5.1.06.
It solved most of my issues but I still haven't found a way to connect to Bluetooth. I still haven't found a manual but this is the closest to the manual - https://kbdfans.cn/products/gk64-mechanical-keyboard-64key
Good luck and let us know if you find anything better for support.
hurtfulproductI was able to get bluetooth working with the instructions I pasted from the reddit comment above.
Unplug the keyboard, hit FN+Space so the backlights are on (signaling that the keyboard is powered on), Go to add a bluetooth device on your computer and being searching for devices, hit FN+1, and the keyboard should show up in the list of available devices.
