I'm having trouble having the keypad recognized by my PC. Not sure what's going on? I plugged it in via USB. Not recognized. I connected via Bluetooth and it works, but the software (GK6XPlus Driver V6.0.0.39 at jikedingzhi) does not recognize the device when plugged in. Any tips on how to get the device recognized so I can remap the keys? Thanks! I got this in the December 2020 batch.

FoxFoxIf you want it to work in wired mode, try connecting and short pressing "Fn+7" to toggle bluetooth mode I found the manual here if you need. while the workaround is annoying, that seems to work for me https://kprepublic.com/products/hot-swappable-blue-tooth-bt-dual-mode-gk21s-gk21-keyboard-kit-type-c-numpad Lmk how it goes! 🤞

FoxFoxI had to change the layers to get it to work. I somehow changed to the secondary or other layer. Cycle through the layers and it should work.

camdudeDude thank you so much. I was going nuts trying to figure out why it wouldn't work and turns out it was in bluetooth mode the whole time.
