Is there an owners manual or something for this numpad? I connected it via the bluetooth cable and the lights are working. None of the keypresses are getting registered. Nothing is showing up in the bluetooth. Some post here talked about pressing the "fn+backspace" or something like that. I have no idea which one is the FN key or anything. I didn't get any documentation along with the product either. So if anyone knows how I can get this thing to work please let me know.

Ryetgfor me, wired I hit Fn and 7, and that makes it work... but it's not intuitive. Here's a manual I found https://kprepublic.com/products/hot-swappable-blue-tooth-bt-dual-mode-gk21s-gk21-keyboard-kit-type-c-numpad

camdudeThanks for the sentiment! Drop said Sorry product was not sold with a warranty. Lesson learned, never a good idea to buy electronics with no warranty. I'm not sure why Drop wouldn't provide a warranty option. The chances of me arranging a repair with their source is pretty unlikely and they should be aware of this for their clients, make arrangements with their supplier for a warranty option even if for a small premium. I would have jumped on that and been very thankful about it. To think they can leave NA customers in this inevitable position on electronics purchases from their own managed supply chain without an outlet to handle faulty products is a pretty sad oversight. Doesn't exactly conjure up much customer experience points to say THE LEAST

RyetgYeah... drop can almost never replace items based on how they sell things, especially if they dont make them. Although I'm surprised you couldn't at least get a refund if it's actually DOA. Did it ever work? Or was it always a dud? Drops support has been pretty good for me in the past.... i might ask again to see if it can be escalated? And yeah, if its one of these foreign companies, you usually can't expect any support.
