The handles are designed hollow, then filled with sand to achieve perfect balance. To get the ratio just right, each knife is filled with a different amount. The company’s iconic dimpled texture makes for a secure hold unlike that of other kitchen knives. Included in the set is a 5.5-inch vegetable knife, 8-inch chef’s knife, and 4-inch paring knife.
