The knife to rule them all! I have a few chef knives, and amongst those a few global (g-2 and a 10'' japanese style). After keeping an eye out for a chinese style chef knife for a few years i finally decide to get a new kitchen blade and i got the G-49b. If this would have been my first knife it would probably be my only chef knife. It's balance and comfortable there fore very precise, and at that price that its a must.
