Anyone got this drop? The tracking number on mine is stuck since may 16 (a day after it was shipped) and I can not get any respond from Drops's customer service...

externalExactly the same here. Including in transit then NY then in transit then NY two or three times. And yes Drop customer service seemingly cannot be bothered to contact Glycine to contact DHL to get a decent response.
