Product Description
A recreation of a classic airman’s watch from more than 60 years ago, this Massdrop-exclusive version of the Glycine Airman Vintage 1953 features everything you loved about the original, only now with a different set of hands. Because the hour hand only completes one sweeping revolution per day, the dial has Arabic numerals in intervals of two from 2 to 24 Read More

Does anyone know about this 21 jewel movement? I thought the gl2892 and sw 300 had 25/26 jewel movements. Is this something different? Shophq has this right now for 599 and is eligible for a 15% off coupon. Don't know how many more there are but there's 1 less as of 20 min ago 😎

Please sell another run of these. I sold my WorldTimer and my SST because I realised that the DC-4 was the only I wear and I NEED the light version (which this essentially is). I need only two more watches to finish my collection: this one and the Christopher Ward C65 Trident.

42 mm case is not too bad, but the 52 lug to lug is a deal breaker for me.

For what it’s worth, adapting to the 24 hr face is much easier when one realizes the corresponding 12 hour time can be directly read 180 degrees opposite the hour hand. this is only necessary past noon.

MassDrop, any chance we can get into a habit of sharing profile pics of the watches you sell? Some of us want to see the curve of the case/lugs and get an idea of how tall these will sit on our various and assorted wrists. Also, in this case, it took me a few to realize this watch looks like it has a cyclops.....with a nato strap how high does this watch really sit on a wrist? If its 12mm it's more like 14 with dual layer nylon? Profile Pics help. Just sayin...

I have the sub combat bronze, easy to read and good quality,I like the Glycine product but hey I do like to look at a watch and be able to glance and tell the time!! But I have no idea how or why this watch works, true I am not a seasoned watch enthusiast and have no experience of so called airman watches, but I do consider myself a fairly logical person. Does anybody know how this time system works; and yes I am familiar with the 24 hour system? JAone

I noticed that one model shows hands with a black (or PVD) outline and the other model shows the hands with a silver outline, which is it? Or is there a choice?

Okay - here is the dumb question of the day -- in the image I have uploaded, the time displayed on this watch is 8:10 PM, correct? (or, in 24-hr/military time, it is just as it shows - it is 2010 hours?)
