For all of those concerned about warranty, I think it would be wise to plan on getting your watch serviced on your dime locally. I own multiple Glycine watches, and have never had an issue with most of them until my newest Airman No. 1. The crystal popped out, and after reading the horror stories of the warranty service, I'd rather just pay the money and know it gets done right.
saaltonenI had problems with my Combat Sub (bought via Massdrop) that the crown stem would "slip" during manual wind. I sent it from Sweden to Invicta Service in Holland, who promptly fixed the issue + performed a full service —including regulating the movement to ~+0.2 s/d —without charging anything. I'm very satisfied.
KnifeFedI was referring to the service center here in the US, which is in Utah. That's good to hear, but I don't believe they are comparable from the sounds of it.
