I received my Glycine base 22 purist and intially loved it. However, upon inspection, I noticed the hour hand is slightly misaligned. The hour hand does not align with the particular hour. The alignment occurs when the minute hand is at the 22 minute mark. Has anyone else encountered this problem? This gives another meaning to Base 22. All jokes aside, I am disappointed

Dani79Since there were no more in stock, Drop gave me 2 options: 1. Send the watch in and receive a full refund or 2. Keep the watch and receive a partial refund. I picked the 2nd option. And rather than sending it to the repair place which the manufacturer is directing everyone and pay more money, I opted to take it to a reputable watch and jewelry store here in Okla. City. For what it would have cost me to send it to Utah and be without it for months, the watchmaker fixed the problem in a couple of days. It turned out that the hand needed to be reset and tightened. Evidently it was slightly loose causing the slip.

BlueOnyxI also have the same problem. I hope Drop can fix this. Thank you for your input. I assume any local jewelry store can fix the misalignment?
