Glycine Combat Chronograph Automatic Watch

'Old' Glycine didn't play those crazy MSRP games, but it seems the Invicta genes are slowly coming out after their takeover. I bought a 'MD Exclusive' Airman shortly after their acquisition of Glycine that was altogether pretty solid, save for a few quirks here and there (reviewed on this site if you're curious). However, it WASN'T a legitimate exclusive item and ended up on Ebay from multiple sellers a month or two later. A couple months after that, I ordered the maroon and gold Combat Sub from their direct Ebay storefront for a song... but the bezel insert was set VERY clearly off in the bezel. Things like that drive me nuts, so I sent it back very quickly for a refund. To their credit, they settled the refund relatively painlessly. That said, after lusting for that specific model for quite some time, the watch itself was rather underwhelming... not BAD in any sense (other than the stupid bezel), but just somewhat underwhelming. At any rate, my limited experience coupled with the recent inflation of their 'MSRPs' and introduction of tons of new model variations has soured the brand for me.
