Good quality watch; in general a bit heavy
This watch is great if you have small wrists; it's 36mm. The dial is very nice and clean. The precision of timing is a bit more off than I would have liked but this isn't a very expensive watch so it's passable. During the night the lumen is not very powerful and bright but just barely readable. The biggest negative for me is that the bracket is a bit heavier than expected; I'm thinking of getting a strap to reduce the overall weight of the watch

Simple, modern but timeless design
This was my first purchase from Drop and also my first Glycine. Own a variety of watches (Seiko, Bulova, Rolex, Casio, Swiss Army, Samsung, etc.) and seem to enjoy the Glycine Combat 6 more and more especially as an everyday watch. I substituted wearing a Rolex as an everyday wear to a Seiko 5 as the prior just garnered too much attention (some good, mostly not). Now the Combat 6 (and my new Combat Soda) take most of my wrist time. The GL224 Swiss 28,800bph movement is so much smoother than that of the 21,600bph Seiko 5 movement. The approximately 40-hour power reserve is on par with others. The Combat 6 blends well with just about any attire, from a suit to shorts, or even for uniform wear (military or otherwise)! It's also not an "in-your-face, look at what I'm wearing" kind of watch (which the Rolex may erroneously radiate to others). I own the bracelet model and it's of decent quality however no micro-adjustments can me made. I wanted to purchase the GL0105 (36mm) model but ordered the GL0101 (43mm) by mistake as I thought the 43mm would be too large on my 6.5" wrist but many believe that by today's modern standard, 36mm is too small. By comparison, my wife regularly wears a Samsung Galaxy watch (42mm which I have as well) and a 36mm next to it does look quite small. Overall, if you're looking to get into a nice entry to mid-level automatic watch, I would recommend looking into the Glycine line-up. They have a rich and wonderful history and whether you have a military background or not, it's a great heritage to be part of owning one (or a few) of their timepieces.

Timeless
I can’t find faults with this watch. Some might say the sizing leaves a lot of people wanting. I got the 43 because I wanted a larger dial dressier watch. It doesn’t disappoint. Love the dark brown tones of the dial in direct light, and the length of the hands. I also like how the bracelet tapers now, compared to the older version w the winged logo

Great watch
I’m a big fan of Glycine watches. They are solid in construction, finished nicely, and look good. The Combat 6 Classic is no exception. Great watch for business attire. The watch has a nice balance between being a field watch and dress watch. Tough but classy, refined but masculine. The band is a bit squeaky when new but wears in nicely after a little time on the wrist.

Classic look!
Nice heft and looks nice for small to medium sized wrists IMHO. Text/Legends are a little too small for me though.
