Hi there, they offered to send me a new bezel insert, however I declined. Because I had contacted Massdrop as well. When I showed Mass drop the pictures of what I got, compared to the product image, old drops, and new drops, they offered me $15 back or to return it for a full refund. I of course chose to return it, and bought a proper one from Glycine's Ebay store, which had it for the same price. The new one has the proper colors and drilled lugs.
