For those comparing this drop to Ashford; don't forget Drop sells all over the world; Canada, Europe, etc. In this case Ashford has fair shipping charges to Canada, but most other online retailers based in the US either do not ship to Canada, or do so at outrageous cost.
Drop is, for non-USA buyers, way more competitive even with a slightly higher price for the product itself. When the product itself is a bit higher compared to elsewhere, it might not be a deal to you guys and gals based in the USA, but others, located outside the USA, might find it a better deal than you think. It's not all about US shoppers!
The only movement I could find was a "Seagull(chinese)" watch with a 28 jewel swiss movement????? Very confusing, I will put it in the "too hard" basket, but MarPabl will know. He should get this conversation pop up and notify him, he is probably on of the guys who will either know what movement it is or know where to find out!!
fenderjapanQuestion. Is that to suggest that brands such as Brietling, Richard Mille, Hublot, Omega, Panerai, IWc et al are absurd? I mean they all make watches over 42mm...

Greg_BrindleyThe Navitimer, Speedmaster, and other Chronographs need and benefit from larger case styles. I am speaking purely about Submariner-type watches.
Everything Richard Mille puts out is hideous though, yes.
