I feel splitting the keyset into subsets increases the price for the whole set nontrivially .  I chose a  base kit, a modifier, a numpad and a retro set.   I now ended up with around 200 bucks, compared with around 130 bucks  for the initial price of GMK CARBON set.   Although I get more keys for the  retro set,  I don't think it makes so a big difference. Are we having either a Matteo tax or massdrop tax?

HHKB^ yup, wished they would have combined the sets like they did for Carbon
HHKBIt would be hard to do that with two sets! Essentially each would have to sell around 1,000 to hit the price Carbon hit.
That's not counting the custom legends, side print, and 1 additional custom color.

YanboWu Gotta say, the added green color keys dont do much for me personally. Esc/Arrow clusters are quite common in the artisan community/online stores and easily swappable from other sets people might own, and they not feature any pad printing.
Do you think selling green keys in a separate kit would have had much effect on base/mod prices or not really?

HHKBThat works with SP because they have a much lower MOQ than GMK.
I'll be greatly surprised if this group buy tips.
