Designed by Matt3o, creator of the WhiteFox keyboard, this set of GMK Retro keycaps pays homage to the legendary 8-bit Commodore 64 computer, which was first introduced in 1982. Since the famed Retro set has already been created in DSA and SA, Cherry profile by GMK was the logical next step. Made in Germany using custom tooling, these keycaps offer a solid build to last for years to come.
Note: To avoid errors/confusion with the current checkout system, we will be changing the drop points manually for this drop. We are paying attention to the number of child kits being bought as well. If they reach certain quantities, we will adjust their prices accordingly. Doubleshot ABS With Nostalgic Side Legends
Made in four custom colors—brown, burgundy, green, and gray—the Retro set's colorway is also influenced by the One Per Desk (OPD) computer introduced in the UK in 1984. It features pad-printed PETSCII side legends for an even more nostalgic aesthetic. The caps are constructed from thick, German doubleshot ABS, so the legends won’t rub off after continued use. With the goal of bringing modularity to GMK keycaps, this drop allows you to pick and choose what you need depending on your setup.
