Hey everyone,
Us and GMK did not expect such a big group buy, apologies for the under estimation of fulfillment period.
I have just checked the current status of the shipment for this drop, it looks like it will en route to our warehouse in New Jersey this week.
If do not wish to wait, please feel free to contact support via the transaction page that can be located on the upper right; we'll get the refund sorted for ya.
Apologies again for the inconvenience, we hope to get these sets to you all very soon.

bsammonsI also do not like the fact that it is pretty much a form letter... just a general order delayed template. Does not provide any confidence in Massdrop at all. Who is in charge of this order at Massdrop? Why is someone at Massdrop not on the phone or in email contact with manufacturer so Massdrop can alert us as customers to what is the exact issue with this order and what is being done to correct the situation. As it is now, it just comes across as very shady. Truth was I have been reluctant to buy from Massdrop and thought this was not a lot of cash and decided I would test out a small order to see how it went.
The world will not end though, just think we can do better with customer service.
To ship on 25th August, massdrop will need to do all the packing and papers few days ago, there is no reason for massdrop to get the 'unexpected' message from the vendor right on the expected shipping day. Massdrop, if you have any news before the expected shipping day, release it before the day.
OOOOOH. Couple questions;
- I have zealancios. I ordered zealios in the recent drop becuase my kailh sped coppers won't fit the zealancios. Are these compatible with kailh speed switches?
- Zealancios mount on the switch. Do these really mount on the plate? Or do you need switches mounted on a plate to put them on?
- How is the feel compared to zealancios?
No prob, I understood what you meant. Just wanted to make it clearer for anyone else who Kaihl switches.

Wow! Great photos, thank you. Looks like, just as the others said, kailh speeds wont fit.
And actually the limitation of pcb mounted zwitches i guess makes these high profile case only which i dont have. Thanks for clarifying (and saving me some bucks)

Got mine today too and got them on my VA68Mg. They weren't too terrible to get on but they did require a bit more pressure than I expected, but theyre all good to go. While they do quiet down the board quite a bit, they do change the feel of the board pretty substantially, so they might not be for everyone.
I put them on Cherry MX Clears and like @MorePie said they make the keys feel softer and reduce travel distance a bit. The closest thing in terms of feel would be WASD's 40A-L o-rings, but these are a bit more "cushioned" feeling than those, and reduce more noise overall.
LevelSteamThanks! I don't mind the softer feel, but would like to keep the travel distance, I think. That said, if it really reduces the noise that much, it might be a good choice as a "quiet environment" keyboard set up. :-). Thanks again!
And tomorrow marks a month since the has been "Order Placed With Vendor".
This is my second drop with an unreasonable amount of delay. (the other one being the Vortex backlit PBT keycaps)
When will this be dispatched?
Considering the fact that's it's massdrop I'd consider myself lucky if stuff even ships on the ship date, which is why I pretty much only use MD for exclusive buys.
Ya, they have a similar effect to orings but also quiet the upstroke. Exactly. They're also shorter than orings, so they have less of an impact on the feel of the switch.
As for quieting the click, I'm not a clicky switch guy so I really don't know. Sorry.
