Hey everyone, just wanted to address the concerns with construction quality.
Before shipping these out and after people started receiving them we pulled a few random samples to check for some of the issues that have been showing up. Of the ones we pulled, the construction seemed on par with GMK's usual quality. Obviously this is not the case with all of the sets making it out to you though, and I want to remind everyone if you find construction issues with your keycaps to please contact Support.
Please also include as many pictures as you can detailing the problems to give us as much evidence as possible when we talk to GMK so we can sufficiently illustrate the magnitude of this issue.

As an owner of several GMK sets, and countless vintage Cherry keysets, I will say this once and for all:
This is absolutely the worst quality GMK has ever produced, and there is nothing else comparable.
The only recourse would be to have GMK re-make all these sets and ensure that they will QC up to their usual standards, or give everyone a full refund.
Now, I know what I just said is financially impossible and improbable, but the point I wanted to make here is that, this set is absolutely garbage. Many enthusiasts have keyboards with backlit LEDs, and there is absolutely no way you could use this set with it.
There is no way to remedy the "failure" unless it gets remade. I know it's financially improbable or impossible, but no one forked over their hard-earned $100 to buy a set of keycaps of such inferior quality, and it really is a shame, as this set had so much potential to be one of the best keysets ever produced.

Thank you for the feedback. Can you describe some of the failure points on this set in comparison to the other GMK sets? I really want to get as much information as possible for when we talk to GMK.
Just to keep everything in one place, can you actually email Support with your response? You can post here too, but it'll really help out Support and Logistics with organizing everything if they get an official claim filed. Thank you again.
