Is it impossible to get the pretty yellow accents with normal key labelling? I really like the colour scheme (and love SA), but having to remember that 'delay' is alt-gr is going to get old. As far as I can see, I can fill my TKL Ducky One with just the Alpha and Modifiers sets, but then have no yellow or red.

You got it right, yellow accents are only available via Cockpit or Novelties.
To fill your Ducky One the Cockpit would be enough, although with non-standard legends.
Alphas + Modifiers will also get you covered, but no yellow.
