Norde kit is not compatible with Cockpit? Thinking about buying my first keycap set and I'm not sure if the sculpting is correct here.
What should I buy to have ISO Nordic TKL covered?

sandeliusBase+Modifiers+Norde Kit. I'm 99% sure that you cannot add any of the international kits to Cockpit as it is all row 3 so the rows wouldn't match. e.g. in your Norde kit, you have row 2 alpha keys, but Cockpit is all row 3 so it wouldn't work. You basically need to pick between either a row 3 ANSI layout, or a sculpted International.

To cover the ISO Nordic you will need Alphas + Modifiers + Norde, the Cockpit kit Ian not compatible with international.

How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?

I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".
