Okay. Let me tell you why this keyboard is insanely expensive.
First of All, The exquisitely CNC machined case. - It minimizes empty spaces in the case itself a d gives you a solid and nice feel that you will never get with your Corsair K70, Ducky Zero Shine or Whatever keyboard you can buy in a shop. And the lubbing work. - FREAKING TIME CONSUMING and it could be even messed up if you try to lub cherry mx switches first in your life. It needs some skill. If you lub your switches too much, it will give you a stuffy key feel and If too little, you can`t get rid of the noise that the springs, stabilizers and sliders make. If I try to lub the switches first, I will never do it myself. PPL who have ever lubbed cherry mx switches before wouldn`t think this price is unreasonable.
GON is one of the best customized keyboard designer as you can see from the keyboard. I can see a guy who have buy it and I personally wanna tell him your choice was great.
Here`s a video of GON`s Crystal TKL. Hopely it would help you to make your finally decision.

PLCMHJI get the switches being that expensive because of all the manual work involved. But why is the base set 280$ for a plastic case and PCB? You can get an CNC milled alu (!) case for around 100 (on MD right now too), assuming the polycarbonate costs that much too then thats still 180$ for a PCB and some leds, I dont understand why it's this expensive :(

FunsSame here, the only thing I'm seeing here is the customization options + DIY experience? I'd really need to try one hands-on to understand how a lubbed switch is better than the standard. But if some people think its worth the value, why not. :D
