How can these been cleaned/washed?

DebhoI'd recommend washing by hand using a down specific cleaner. I use NikWax down cleaner. If there's no sports store near you that carries it, you can order it online. DO NOT use detergent EVER. It strips the natural protection off the down and makes it less effective. To dry, use your dryer at a low heat setting and break up the clumping every so often. With big things like sleeping bags and jackets you can put a couple of tennis balls in, but with something this small just a few times during the drying cycle to fluff it up and you'll be great
