GorillaAutoGoing off the bmw subject, I have some bullet nosed M12x1.5mm studs that measure 62mm from hub to nose. Will that fit inside the closed end nuts or would I need open ended?

MayDayM362mm is over 2", so unless your wheel is extremely thick I think the open end lugs are going to be what you need. Closed end lugs are 1.5" overall but internally they have less depth than that.
