Yeah, I've had no problems with skipping at all. Are you running it as a class 1 or a class 2 device? I'm currently using my laptop, and the USB 3.0 controller is kind of crappy (not built into the chipset, as I'm using a 2nd generation i7). I can't plug my mouse into it and game, or I have skipping problems with the mouse.
