Sturdy little stool. The gear pouch on the underside is absolutely tiny. Might hold a phone and a snack at maximum. Really difficult to squeeze my hand through to get to the inside of the pouch, but only because of the 'wall' on the sides keeping stuff in. Very minor design-functionality flaws aside... It weighs a decent bit, but it's leagues better than a sitpad or a stump. The poles are shockcorded together, and the legs are hinged on rivets. The fabric feels so durable I think the failure point would actually be in the rivets. The max weight for the micro is pretty low, something like 220lb. For $24, I'd say it was a worthy buy. Edit: The legs are hollow aluminum tubing--they were the failure point. Do not use on smooth ground like concrete, tile, or wood flooring; and make sure the legs sit firm in the dirt. If it was $15, I'd call it good. If the tubing was a millimeter or so thicker, I'd call it good. If the legs can buckle under a weight of 190lbs, I can't call it good. It's an okay stool, but... I think I'll stick with a sitpad on a stump. At least it won't flatten itself when I take a seat.
