Do you know today's date?
But in MD, there is a different kind of calendar?
In addition, it's unfair to say that production delays are unforgivable. MD was pretty clear that it would be later than expected even before the drop ended. There were a LOT of opportunities for learning in this drop...
What I did have an issue with is that when the RBG sets were delayed, there was no estimated time that they would be completed. They were just "delayed". So, okay I can deal with that for a bit because perhaps they are waiting on something and they don't want to estimate a wrong date. But then they were still delayed with no end date, *and* the keys that were ready were just sitting there waiting. I now start to question why they can't ship they order they have. Then more time goes by and we are still waiting, and my order, which is 100% totally usable, is still just sitting there waiting for these keys to be done which *still* don't have an estimated date.
So, you see, my complaint was very specific - provide a reasonable date when everything will be shipped, or just ship what you have. I don't think it is unreasonable to voice valid concerns. I'm not saying rail against MD or SP, I don't think being rude, or otherwise inappropriate will help. But if you don't speak up when you have a complaint and/or concern it isn't likely to get addressed, wether that be for this drop or one in the future.
I'm very happy to see that they are expecting a shipment today. For the most part I think MD have done a good job with communications. It is just that last part about the no estimated date that concerned me. Also, I would like it if they had a comment about all the issues people have been running into with missing keys. I assume they are dealing with those one on one with the person who had the issue, but I'd be interested to know if they got resolved quickly.
