Did anyone who is missing the rgb set get any answer from massdrop?

ghost5Nope! No communication what so ever. @DontReadThis got a reply, but I have yet to get anything but the auto reply. The lack of communication shows just how little MD seems to care.
Sure, I received a second shipping notice... but would have like word that this was happenin. As well as an explanation on why these were shipped without the RGB Mods in the first place. Still waiting am the reply to my support ticket to see how I'm going to be compensated for all of this (yeah right!).

LazyJHey Lazy, for reference, I emailed support on Dec. 22nd. I knew it was likely that the staff would be out of office for the holidays so I made sure I got in contact as soon as possible. I got a reply later that day.
The folks at Massdrop are probably on break until Jan. 2nd. Hopefully you'll get a response then. Good luck!

DontReadThisIf I recall, I submitted my ticket on the 22nd as well. I expected some sort of response on Friday, but I guess if it is a small team, their Support guys could be out longer. I work in a Support center as well (Software) and we are up 24/7 no questions asked. I guess my expectations are rather high.... hah.
