Regarding the international kit it is pretty simple I guess, you have two choices. Either take the international set as it is. Yes, you get a ton of caps you don't need. But if they are split, they won't even drop at all or they will be ridiculously overpriced so they are still attractive enough for SP or any other company to produce. Yes it is shame that it is a pain in the ass to find aftermarket ISO caps, maybe even containing the correct captions. But the market for this is really small. I am German myself, so I should be using ISO. But I don't, all my mechs besides one are ANSI. And I know that I'm not the only one. Sure, that is not the ideal solution, but that is how it is. Try organizing a keycap groupbuy that is ISO and offers the caps for the different languages in language packs, like a German set, a UK set, a Nordic set and so on. It won't work out, most people will say great idea, but it is too expensive and whoever produces these will want more money per cap since what is expensive is the fixed cost, which are the same for one cap as well as 1000 caps.
mozaiqfinally! Someone got the situation right!
To that add that usually US companies don't care much about EU market... we've been quite fortunate to have what we have now.
