I just noticed that I received an email from Massdrop saying there was an "error" processing my payment, the same payment method I have used on all the other drops I have joined. and that I had until 1am pst today to update my payment method. That gave me a 24 hour window from when I recieved the email. I joined this drop the day it came out. how is this real?? Now they are saying that I missed the cutoff time and that I am not included in this drop. If this is true, and I am not included in this drop, I will never buy anything from Massdrop again.

You are not charged the day you join a drop, however if you did add items after your initial order you generally will have to reauthorize the payment. If you reach out to support from your transactions tab they might still be able to help you out.

Same here. Had connection problem all day, and then realized I had payment error and missed the window for only a few hours. I already emailed support@massdrop.com and submitted support request form, so if someone at MD can help me with this, I'd be very grateful.
