I have a few GreenPan brand items and I cannot say I like them. They all have great design and initially the ceramic non-stick surface works as magical as it could be. But the whole thing deteriorates fast.
After about 2 months I start to have to use scratching pad on the surface every time after use. It's not because I didn't follow instructions - I use non-sticking surface friendly tools and detergent properly, never over heat or sudden cool. The surface just develops micro cracks faster than I expect and which defeats its non-stick property.
Of course after so it still works when you don't exactly worry about non-sticking, and anyways it still is less sticky than regular surface. Just so buyers be aware that don't expect it to be perfectly non-sticking for long.
