The only non-stick pan you need is a skillet, especially not ceramic non-stick.

ColbraNot so my little cup cake! This pan is one of my favorites, and I have all the other pans you think are better! Of course I'd agree, ceramics are not the first choice for searing meat (steak, for instance), but that's not what a Covered Sauté Pan is for any way. I pity the poor fool who didn't get in on this drop!
