By far the best pack I have ever used! I have 4 decades of backpacking experience in the Sierras and all over the world. I have the 2018 Gregory Baltoro 75. I am 6’3” tall 210# and use the size large. My base pack weight is 30lbs as I backpack with my family and carry the tent, kitchen, etc. My pack weighs at least 47lbs at the trailhead in the summer with 17lbs of food and beverages. Up to 55 lbs if the weather is colder and we expect precipitation. We hike anywhere from 5 miles to 9 miles with packs per day on rugged terrain. I replaced my Arcteryx Bora 80 with the Gregory Baltoro 75. It was a complete game changer for both comfort and load carrying. Wow! Can’t go wrong. It may weigh a bit more that ultralight models, but the stability and comfort is worth it. No break in period. No hotspots. Rain cover and daypack are fantastic conveniences and would cost over $100 to replicate. But with confidence!
