Available in a range of sizes suitable for everything from day hikes to long weekends in the mountains, the Gregory Paragon and women’s-specific Maven backpacks are sleek and nimble yet fully featured. Each uses the company’s new Aerolon suspension for comfortable, load-stabilizing support and reduced energy expenditure on the trail. It’s build around a lightweight aluminum frame and a mesh-encapsulated matrix-foam back panel. The adjustable back height ensures the perfect fit every time and the hipbelt pockets move with the adjustment to maintain easy access to essential items. Every pack has an integrated raincover, a sunglasses quick-stow, and trekking pole attachments, and the larger sizes also come with Sidekick pack: a combination hydration reservoir sleeve and removable daypack.

Founder Wayne Gregory made his first backpack as part of a Boy Scouts project when he was just 14. He then set out to discover raw materials and tinker with new ideas, and in the 1970s, began designing sleeping bags, tents, and technical apparel for a number of outdoor specialty companies. Inspired by advancements in soft packs and internal frame concepts, he founded his own backpack company in 1977. Based in San Diego, Gregory Mountain Products prides itself in creating innovative, ergonomic designs using the best materials available.
