DaddyDiBsIs there any way you can upload another photo of the seam and foil defects? My pen came in today and I noticed the same problems.

JoaleksonisI will see it the person I gave the pen to still has it. I gave all my Grifos fountain pens away they were not worthy to be in my collection. Let you know in a few days.

DaddyDiBsDear DaddyDiBs, we regret that your experience with us was negative also this time. However, we are glad you also bought this our other pen too after the previous ones. We are now at 147 pieces sold of this single pen (some thousands on other drops on MD only) and fortunately many customers have understood the craftsmanship that makes each piece unique and appreciated, made by hands of craftmen and not by machines. With you we do not succeed, already with the others it has happened and despite our will to contact you and offer you assistance and help you never wanted to reply us preferring only leave posts for your opinions. Sin . Is your opinion and we respect it even if we try always to have a straight communication with customers as few pen companies nowaday have.
We see that you are more informed then us about the processing of this particular Stingray skin made of bone bubbles, we have been working on it for 20 years only and I must admit that your precision in knowing this rare material and wrote ability to work it makes us understand how expert is the your suggestion. Thank you. I hope you soon could share this your deep knowledge with someone who deserve it.
Unfortunately the repetition of controversy pen after pen (not only on our own but on almost all your reviews) without any simultaneous attempt to find a real solution to the alleged problems (I repeat, though offered and repeated so many times) makes us suppose an intention of pure and abundant polemics of which you do not allow any replication or solution. This is why we can’t help for you. I don't think we or other sellers will ever be able to satisfy you, and I agree with you in selling our pens to those who better appreciate them. As usual we are very pleased to respond to all our customers both for information and to take care of any problems but on the basis of honest intellectual and mine hundreds answers here and on other drops show and proof this but this time I give up with you. A relationship is useless where the hand is stretched and on the other side there are no answers or honest will.

P.S: You seem so able to handle graphic software as you show and proof on the posted picture so nicely labeled with nice and precise black background, is a pity you lack on the most easy phase to take a good pic of the pen defects. May be was your intention to not show clearly them so other people could imagine them though your only words?

JoaleksonisWell sorry this took me longer than expected time for me to find out the pens are gone and I do not have any other photos to show you. The person I gave the pens sold them and since I gave them to him for free he made money some money on the deal. No skin off my back. I'm extremely sorry I don't have any other images to offer you. Try going direct to Grifos.
