Better pens for less money. Cartridge dry out very quickly. Wood was poor quality. Looks better in pics. still looks Pretty but NOT as useful as my sailor 1911, Lamy 2000, and even my noodler. Overall disappointed with this pen

BentonjoHello, I'm sorry for your troubles, surely we would happy to help you. But more again we are sorry because you never contact us... We are always here on Massdrop answering to the customers and giving information on our handmade pens and also assistance so was enough a simple message to get answered and have problem fixed. We spent a lot of time doing so and is sad see that customers prefer (first) complain, and then (may be) contact for assistance. Check yourself how many time we answered to customer questions here... By the way from your words we are pretty sure that the ink problem is due to an ink clot inside the Bock feeder may be due to pen use and is easely to fix with a point section deep washing... if only we were contacted about for help and hint! Then other issues are linked to personal taste. Every one customer have own taste no discussion about and all are wellcome as icecream tastes ( ;-) ), fortunately more the 250 pcs of this only kind of fountain pen was sold here on MD and proof that pen model meet a wide range of customers taste and some disappointed customers are more then understandable and make things even more "believable".
So I remain at your full disposal to fix ink problem if you would reply to me for assistance.
