StubnibHi Maurizio- I purchased the Grifos bogwood rollerball from massdrop and love it. Unfortunately I broke the plastic tip off the end of the pen when I dropped it on a hard surface. I tried emailing the Grifos support team a week ago but they didn’t reply. Do you know who I might be able to contact to send the pen for repair?

MarcMHello Mark, We have received it and also immediately answered (email dated February 21) ... may be you have spam filter? Try to search into the folder, very often these filter block too much. Here below our answer to you sent in that date: Hello, no problem you could send it back to us, we will fix it free and we will just ask you a refund to send it back to you there (roughtly 10$). Please send it back to this address (no need to send the whole pen, just send us the point, so you could save weight and fares). Aurumvallis di M.Stura Via G. Freydoz, 6 - 11020 Champdepraz - Ao - Italy I suggest you to use a registered packet so you will have a tracking number, just please remember to not put any value on the envelope or keep it low (let say 5$) otherwise Italian custom will ask us to pay import duties and we will be forced to reject it back.
