I love the way the pen looks, I enjoy the way the pen writes, generally, but I can't recommend it at this price. Maybe I found my limit on pens. This is the most expensive pen I have purchased by at least twice my previous large pen purchase. Iirc it was over $150, but under $200. I was expecting perfection but the machining had several small issues. In fact, build quality is similar to a Monteverde that I paid only $50 for, or perhaps of slightly lesser quality. The steel nib is nothing to write home about. I've had better on pens that cost a tenth as much. I regret buying this pen.

So I've been using the pen for... a month or so? And I feel that's long enough I can create a fair review on it.
I got the base pen with the stainless nib. Looking at it, it's is beautiful. The machining is very well done I believe, The silver section, barrel, and cap with the rose gold accents are striking. The machined lines in the section actually aren't annoying while writing, and it's got a good weight in hand.
the fine nib does write fine. Not like a Japanese fine... But it's in line with European made fines. And the ink flows fairly well... as long as it's a decent ink. The cartridges that came with the pen... ahhh... were not good. The Life Line standard international cartridges just don't flow. Rinsed the pen out, and it didn't write well, even with squeezing and priming. Used a pen flush, and it helped, sure... But it still didn't write well. I was worried that the nib was messed up. I decided to try it with a different ink in the cartridge converter that came with it. It began to flow beautifully with Pilot Iroshizuku Kon-Peki.
My suggestion then is to trash the cartridges that come with it and use the converter. Don't look back, and you'll have a great experience.
